Purpose of visiting the exhibition

  • Admission to MIAC is reserved exclusively for professionals operating in the paper industry, with particular and specific reference to machinery, plants, technologies, components, equipment, and materials intended for paper mills and paper converting companies.
  • Access is permitted solely for professional purposes, such as visiting the stands of Exhibiting Companies, attending Conferences, and keeping up to date with technological and industry developments.
  • Entry and presence at the exhibition are permitted exclusively during the official opening hours indicated on the MIAC website.

Pre-registration – Entrance Ticket

  • Access to the exhibition and presence within the halls are permitted exclusively after a visitor has completed the online or on-site pre-registration, and only following the explicit approval of the MIAC Organization. The approval of the pre-registration is finalized through the issuance of the Entrance Ticket by the Organization, which constitutes the sole valid document for access to and stay inside the exhibition.
  • The Entrance Ticket is strictly personal, non-transferable, and must be worn at all times inside the exhibition halls. At the time of online or on-site pre-registration, all visitors must provide truthful information regarding their identity and use a personal email address clearly and uniquely attributable to the individual or company completing the registration. Generic, shared, or non-identifiable email addresses will not be accepted. Entrance Ticket obtained by entering false data, or requested more than once by the same person, will be annulled and canceled without prior notice.
  • The MIAC Organization reserves the right, in case of doubts regarding a visitor’s identity or declared professional activity, to request the presentation of a business card, company document, or any other element suitable to verify the accuracy of the information provided during pre-registration. In case of inconsistencies, access may be denied or revoked without prior notice.

  • Non-exhibiting persons and companies are expressly prohibited from carrying out promotional or commercial solicitation activities within the exhibition halls and throughout the exhibition grounds (so-called “suitcasing / outboarding”).

Access limitations and restrictions for event organizers

Both persons must access the exhibition on the same day.
  • Access to and presence at MIAC may not in any way be used for promotional or commercial activities in favor of competing events, exhibitions, or initiatives.
  • The MIAC Organization, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to evaluate, limit, regulate, or revoke at any time the admission of persons whose professional activity is connected to the organization of trade fairs or initiatives considered to be in competition, whenever such presence may cause economic, promotional, or reputational damage to the exhibition or to the organizing company Edipap Srl.
