Request an Invitation Letter for your Visa

If your company is a PAPER MILL and/or a TISSUE CONVERTER, you may request an Invitation Letter for VISA to visit MIAC.

This procedure is intended exclusively for employees and representatives of PAPER MILLS and TISSUE CONVERTERS who need to obtain a visa or travel authorization to attend the MIAC Exhibition.

The Invitation Letter issued by MIAC is not an official invitation covering registration fees, travel expenses, accommodation costs, financial support or immigration sponsorship of any kind.

The MIAC Organization shall not be held responsible for the outcome of any Visa application.

Please note: the MIAC Organization is not able to contact or intervene with Embassies, Consulates or immigration authorities on behalf of applicants.

IMPORTANT NOTE BEFORE FILLING IN THE VISA REQUEST FORM

• Invitation Letters are issued ONLY to Paper Mills and Tissue Converters.
• Before issuing any Invitation Letter, the MIAC Organization carefully verifies every request received, including: the applicant’s company activity; the consistency of the company website with the paper industry sector; the professional role of the applicant; etc.
• The MIAC Organization reserves the right to reject any request at its sole discretion; request additional company documentation; refuse requests containing incomplete, inaccurate or unverifiable information.
• Companies and/or individuals not genuinely belonging to the above categories will not receive an Invitation Letter and may not receive any reply from the MIAC Organization.
• Submission of the request form does not guarantee the issuance of an Invitation Letter nor the approval of a Visa application.
